  • Recipient: Deliveries will be made to the recipient's address provided at the time of order. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave the package at the specified address or with a neighbor.

  • Signature Requirements: Depending on the shipping option and value of the order, a signature may be required upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the package if necessary.

5. International Shipping

  • Countries eligible for international shipping: Myammar, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Singapore

  • For other countries, please contact enquiry-info@therekalab.tech to discuss details on shipping.

  • Customs and Duties: For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred during the customs process.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Shipments: If you believe your order is lost or missing, please contact us, and we will initiate an investigation with the courier. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will work to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
