This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting and obtaining refunds for services provided by The REKA Lab. By using our services, you agree to comply with and accept this policy.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We may offer refunds under the following circumstances:
Cancellation Before Production: If you cancel your order before production begins, you are eligible for a full refund.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If the 3D printed item you receive is defective or not as described in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue, which may include a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items or situations are generally non-refundable:
Change of Mind: We do not provide refunds for items that are as described and free from defects, simply because you changed your mind.
Printed Design Errors: We are not responsible for design errors, inaccuracies, or imperfections that are present in the original design file provided by the customer. It's the customer's responsibility to ensure the design is error-free before submitting it.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our shipping error.
3. Refund Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at support-client@therekalab.tech or +601127254832 within the applicable timeframe as mentioned in Section 1.
Provide a clear description of the issue along with relevant photographs, if applicable.
Once we approve your request, we will initiate the refund process, which may take at least 5 working days to complete.
4. Additional Information
All refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
We reserve the right to assess and approve refund requests at our discretion.
The REKA Lab reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
